Opened in May 2016, the Goderich Makers Mercantile and Creative Space provides the opportunity to support the incredibly talented artisans, producers, and makers found right here in Huron County and surrounding areas. Our retail space features a wide variety of high quality, unique crafts and locally produced food products. DANA LUMBY
Dana has been making for as long as she can remember. She has returned to Goderich after a 15 year "skills-enhancing" mission; and is excited to learn, share and collaborate in our creative space. You will find her upcycled textile pieces, dolls, mixed media paintings and "who-knows-what-else" available at the mercantile.

. Find her vegan soups and treats at the Mercantile retail store, Makers Market, and Goderich Farmers Market. Also find her getting crafty at the Mercantile as she leads beginner sewing classes and more!

GEORGE ZOETHOUT
George has been involved in image making for over 30 years. He started developing film in a traditional darkroom and now embraces the digital darkroom. Through his business, Huron Image Factory, he converts old media into new media, and more. He looks forward to sharing his photo skills through workshops at the Mercantile.
